Core platform
Warely is built around the six things small 3PLs do every day — and does them cleanly, without the bloat of enterprise platforms.
Each client's inventory is completely isolated. Separate lot tracking, expiry dates, quarantine statuses, and reporting — all in one system.
Per-client rate cards, automatic billing event capture, and monthly invoice generation. Stop losing revenue to uncaptured charges.
Group orders into waves, pick in first-expiry-first-out order automatically, and confirm picks by scanning any product barcode.
Define bill-of-materials for subscription boxes, gift sets, and FBA prep kits. Execute assembly jobs that consume components and post billing events automatically.
Compare UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL rates side by side. Buy a label in one click and the tracking number writes back to the order automatically.
Your clients see their own inventory, submit ASNs, create orders, and download invoices — without calling you. Self-service, 24/7.
Floor scanning
No Zebra devices required. No drivers. No pairing. Warely uses your phone's camera to decode barcodes in real time — Code 128, QR, EAN, UPC, Data Matrix, all of them. If a device breaks, replace it with any phone.
Hardware scanners in keyboard-wedge mode work too. Both modes on the same screen simultaneously.

From operators
"We were paying $800/month for a system where half the features were for enterprise operations we'd never run. Warely covers everything we actually do, and the billing module paid for itself in the first week."
"My warehouse guys were running picks on their own phones within 20 minutes of setup. No Zebra scanners, no IT involvement, no training. That alone made it worth switching."
"The client portal changed everything. My clients check their own inventory instead of emailing me. I got back probably 5 hours a week just from that one feature."
Common questions
How long does it actually take to get started?
Most customers are running live operations within 2–5 weeks. The setup process is: configure your warehouse layout → import your clients and products → set up rate cards → go. There are no consultants, no implementation packages, and no required training sessions.
Do I need dedicated scanner hardware?
No. Warely uses your device's camera to decode barcodes in the browser — it works on any iPhone or Android phone, any tablet. If you already have Zebra or Honeywell hardware scanners in keyboard-wedge mode, those work too. Both modes are available on the same screen simultaneously.
How does billing work for multiple clients?
Each client gets their own rate card with line items for storage, receiving, outbound orders, and special handling. When events happen, billing events are captured automatically. At month end, invoices are generated and sync directly to QuickBooks.
Is my data kept separate from other customers?
Yes. Each 3PL gets its own isolated database on Azure. Your data never shares infrastructure with another operator's data, and within your account, each client's inventory is fully separated from every other client.
Do you have an API?
Yes. The Growth plan includes full REST API access and outbound webhooks. Your clients' systems can receive real-time notifications when orders ship, inventory changes, or shipments are received — without polling.
